I'm making a CS object with 2 models, but every time I click the "Create Scenery OVL" button a note shows up saying that one of the models will not be saved to the OVL file. For if you ask what program I'm using, it's RCT3 Object Importer (v17fix3). Please help, I'm tired of the note!:o

You have to create ovl-files for every single object.

I meant 1 CS object, there are 2 models IN the 1 CS object.
You have to create ovl-files for every single object.
Do you mean to highlight one model and create the OVL than overwrite it with the other model highlighted, or do that but instead of overwriting it I create 2 common.ovl files?

If your project is made up of two models I think you still need to save them together as one ase file in order to be used as a single object.

What modeling program are you using?

What's missing is the LOD for the second model. I believe you can simply add the LODs for the second modes and you will be fine...

Try Importing 1 Custom Scenery File at a time.
Try Checking The Files and make sure they are ovl files.
If you did bolth sugestions and you are still Receiving the same note, your custom scenery editor may have expired it's trial period or your custom scenery editor maybe out-of-date.
If So, Try Uninstalling your current one and get the more Up-To-Date Version.
