I installed all of your sets and none of them work or show up atleast in the game. I am pretty sure I installed it right. Onlt thing that shows up in sub folder is Gazebofolder with common and oval files under it as it should be. Maybe missing a folder?

Unzip the download to your desktop, then open the folder and take out the folder inside, install that in Style\Themed. If you just unzip it directly into Themed an extra folder is created.

There should not be a sub-folder for PLT-Gazebo Mainstreet

In my theme folder It says PLT-Gazebo Mainstreet, then when I click on it it has a folder that says Gazebo Mainstreet Paris and in the same screen below it it has Style.common.olv and below that it has style.unique.ovl. I ended up having to unzip it the way you had mentioned but when I open the game it doesnt show up. Same thing goes for the rest of the folders, they all look like it they are in the right place ect.

Okay I see what the deal is... It works just not under walls, it all goes into the scenory (kind of wierd really)
