How do you make a lighting effect?

its a fire work effect you can grab it at rct3 pyro its in there also i beleave theres a nouther trick frankenstins in side a building give a blue lightning effect. I hope this made sence

Thanks for the link, but I use SketchUp. Is it any different to put in an effect point?

how do maake light stage light effect in the rct3 importer . How do I go about doing this please help beed it for coasterfreak stage light set

But have problem get effect I want so how I do get A stage light effect in the rct3 importer .when import stage light in to the game coming out more like lamp light than stage light.pleas help I want releases this set to the rct3 community and been I read many tutorial on lights and read DPR tutorial too.
