Interesting Question About DBZ movie "Fusion Reborn"

Ok here I go...
During the fight..I mean at the very end of a fight between Janemba and ssj3 Goku..Goku with almost no energy left to keep hes ssj3 form hides behind that round thing (wth was that thing I dunno..but its round ^^'') Janemba with a sword in his hand CUTS Gokus shoulder IN HALF but Gokus arm DOES not fall..Goku just holds to it in pain and even later when Vegeta comes to the rescue Gokus arm still not foaling off..what the hell?
I mean u can perfectly see a cut on Gokus shoulder there is no way it will not fall off and Goku will not bleed to death!
PLZ explain me how his arm still holds on to his body and even functioning perfectly!!?

It's something Dragon Ball Z (and lots of other Shonnen shows) use. It's called Deus Ex Machina. Which means he "pulls some strange power out of nowhere".
Thus he ignores an obvious loss of limb.

I just watched this scene. It doesn't cut his shoulder in half, it just grazes the tip of it.

So when Janemba cuts trough this materia Gokus shoulder right on the line..its like this cutting wave came throgh his shoulder...listen matera started falling but his arm did not...but it was RIGHT on a line of a blade...ugh
If u look in profile u will realize that that wave came all the way through hes shoulder...wait..did his shoulder actually STOPPED the wave?O_o I don't think so...

- krillin gets gored through the gut with freiza's horn(that pierces right through him) and is thrown into the water for atleast 15 minutes.

-characters constantly get smashed into mountains/ground and stuff it is at such a force that it even crumbles it to pieces, but they still live

- freiza is chopped in half by his disk and barely bleeds

- teins arm is cut off and he doesnt bleed

- vegeta gets omega shenrons spikes stuck all through various parts of his body and the gets electricuted, but lives


pokemon:

- metpod gets a huge hole in its abdomine from beedrills spear but lives

- team rocket flies miles away every episode and lives

- rayquaza blasts deoxys arm off at the shoulder, he lives

- giovanni is in the building that mewtwo explodes but lives, even though doing the same thing to a different building killed dr. fuji and other scientists



yugioh:

- yugi is stabbed in the back but no blood even comes out(at the time the monsters werent just holograms)



yu yu hakusho

- yusuke gets shot multiple times by sensuis gun and then gets blasted through the gut but lives...only to be killed later by getting jabbed in the chest??

- kuwabara gets touguros hand through him and touguro says he popped his heart, a pool of blood spills out but kuwabara isnt even injured

- heie gets his arm cuts off and lies in a pool of his own blood but lives

- kurama gets bombs to his entire body, kuramas clothes are soaked in his own blood but he lives..and just stands there until the end of the dark tornement without getting any medical treatment


one piece:

- zolo gets stabbed in the chest and then slashed across the chest by mihawk and then thrown into the water

- crocodiles hook goes right through luffy...(4kids) luffy plays swing on crocodiles hook. weee fun!


- there are sooooo many times that usopp should have been killed from his severe blood loss and all the beatens hes taken..he took a 2 ton bat to the head..

- ussop slams that baroque works guy over the head with a giant helmet that apperently weights a few tons, but the guy lives(how did he lift that anyway? one piece = dragonballz in strength?)



full metal alchemist:

- ed looses his arm and leg and almost bleeds to death, then suffers severe pain getting his automail..youd think he'd atleast pass out from the pain




naruto:

- sasuke gets full of needles fro haku but lives
- tenten gets pin back first over temaris fan..wouldnt she atleast be crippled?
- sasukes chidori goes right through narutos stomach
- choji apperently has a heart attack from eating the red pill but lives
- neji gets kidomarus arrow through his stomach and is pinned to a tree(inuyasha anyone?)


bleach:

- theres way too many for this. characters(mostly ichigo during the soul society arc) were stabbed multiple times and got many fatal wounds

@darkblade- in DBZ they're super humans (or things), don't forget that, in the end of Namek saga Krillin had a power level of around 3000 at least while a normal human had a power level of 5
In One Piece Ussop is considered by the author (Echiro Oda) kinda super human about his resistence, that is much heigher than a normal human and probably any member of the straw hat pirates
and if you're talking about Mr.4 being hit by a 5 ton Ussop hammer it's was just 5Kg ou 5 pounds, can't remember, but since Mr. 4 was very slow he took him a long time to get up again

And about the Neji gets pinned to the tree ,he dont exactly get pinned to it cause the arrow goes through him and the tree and he can still move and put his own chakra through the web and into Kidoumaru's body.

If you mean in the middle of the battle, naruto healed himself with the nine tailed fox's chakra. At the end of the battle, well i have not seen that yet, still working on it. But if you mean the end of the battle, then ok......i guess.

I don't remember anyone saying the red pill causes a heart attack, but i do remember choji saying he was in a lot of pain. I also remember shikamaru mentioning he would die, but i don't remember anyone saying it would be from a heart attack.

when neji got hit with the arrow, it avoided his main organs, plus he prepared himself to get hit. Not sure how he became healed after that, but i am still watching the last eps of it.

about inuyasha getting pinned to a tree. kikyo had used her sacred arrow of sealing. the arrow was meant to keep inuyasha sealed on that tree forever. he would not age, or he would not die since the spell was a seal. when kagome came around, the seal became weaker since kagome was a priestess and also because kikyo had been dead for 50 yrs. the death really did not have much to do with this situation, but kagome kdid take the sacred arrow out of inuyasha.

about dbz, as someone above mentioned, they were super human. while goku was still a boy, he was able to do super human things. as an adult and with much more power than b4, i don't think a boudler would be stronger than someone who can fly through it. you have to remember that in db, goku and the other z warriors had super speed and can move much faster than any human eye can see.

in the 1st dbz episode, we saw that a bullet was no match for raditz, and bullets are who knows how fast (waits for someone to copy and paste the speed of a bullet).
