Everything other than the Mazda, Bugatti and the Yes will most likely come in a car pack.

KoenigViper

How about that. US wikipedia says a car list has no importance to the game, and the Chinese entry is saying mostly BS.

Some of those cars were probable as even I had added them, but as the current condition shows, many of those such as the Yes, Wiesmann, & General Motors won't seem possible.

The 599 is unknown. The Diablo GT is coming. The AC was given out as a Pre-Order gift from some company in Europe. The Mazda license is supposed to be gone, so we may not see them. The F50, Bugatti, & Audi are all claims.

no, the SSC Ultimate Aero is

Ah yes if only the SSC were as reliable as the Veyron though. :P

R8CCXVeyron
12-14-2007, 08:27 AM
What do you mean by reliable?

The SSC has 1180bhp, decent 0-60, decent top speed, even beat the Veyron, but I would prefer the Veyron over this. Don't get me wrong it's a great car. But it looks like a Lamborghini Diablo. LOL

ThirtyTwo
12-14-2007, 11:53 AM
reliable means that the Veyron doesn't break down. whereas the SSC, breaks down constantly... in fact right after the record was broken.

R8CCXVeyron
12-15-2007, 09:10 AM
Really? It broke down after beating the road car speed record? Oh well I knew something's not right with that car.

They should add the RX-7 if they add the RX-8. And before they add either one of those they should add the 1998 Targa Top Toyota Supra Turbo.

False rumor. It would have been disqualified for the record.

It's not a toilet seat. It's a horseshoe.

Why? The record only cares about making a run in both directions within the turn around time surely?

Wow which globe are you using... i never realised that Italy was part of France.
And i also forgot that Bugatti is owned by VW, so does that also mean that Germany is part of France? :noob:

No, Bugatti is not Italian. It's French, just like Viper4lifenub said.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bugatti

Yes, the founder of Bugatti was Italian, but his company was founded in France and is therefore French.

The record states the car can not be "pampered" (or however you wish to call it) either. The car must be able to keep running for a certain amount of time after both runs.

Yeah, you also get **** service by John Hennessey and a car that's only faster to 200Mph because it's 1,000lbs lighter.

Technicalities! What do rekon Ettore Bugatti would say about it. I doubt he'd say his company was French...

Hey the Veyron is a possibility. It was brought to Need For Speed Pro Street, I just don't think that Atari can pay for the rights to use the car at this point in time.

Life is Good: What I do (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJ0hb6t2CYM)

Well lets see, the engine has 10 radiators

3 radiators for the engine cooling system.
1 heat exchanger for the air-to-liquid intercoolers.
2 for the air conditioning system.
1 transmission oil radiator.
1 differential oil radiator.
1 engine oil radiator.
1 hydraulic oil radiator for the spoiler16 Cylinders, 4 turbos, Computer controlled transmission, All wheel drive, gets 10 miles to the gallon, and costs $1.4 Million. This sounds totally reliable, cheap, easy to service, and relatively maintenence free for the first 1000 miles. Then one of your 10 radiators starts leaking. A few thousand miles later, and you need 4 new tires. I'd take the Callaway Sledgehammer any day. (http://www.fastcoolcars.com/callaway_sledgehammer.htm)Do some research, this car went 254 MPH almost 20 years ago!

Why would i research that when we weren't even talking about it?
Why don't we bring the Thrust 2 into the equation that went over 700mph?...

Have you ever heard any reports of the Veyron breaking down under normal conditions. I bet the Sledgehammer thing can't drive you accross Europe as comfortably as the Veyron.
And who ever heard of a 'hypercar' that was cheap and easy to service? What a pointless argument to raise!

Actually, because most of the engine technology is German-built, the Veyron is actually a pretty reliable supercar.

That would be cool but when I lived in Hawaii, I wanted a '67 Vette ragtop or a '57 Fairlane Skyliner...some classic American Iron.
