I downloaded Nuclear Fish's Particle Effects and everytime I click them on the game my game freezes and shuts off!:( Can someone please tell me why this is happening and how I can make it work (and not freeze)?

You have to follow the Readme that Nuclear added to his download file. Please read that, it will tell you what you are doing wrong.

NF's particles are not like other files.. you HAVE TO read the readme, otherwise your screwed

Just read the readme and do it exactly as it says. I messed up the first time, them read it and BAM! Gots me some particle effects.

is it just a coincidence that biglouie and jonAAAthunder are both located in des moines, ia, joined sep. 2007,have the same problem, and posted right next to eachother with the same question?

What he's implying is thread bumping with a clone account, effectively a double post which is against forum rules. But of course such suspicions shouldn't be posted in the thread, that's what the report button is good for.

You are incorrect. I didn't read the Read Me, and it worked fine for me.
