[HLP] Terrain Blocks

Will users need to have Soaked! or the Vanilla final patch to use terrain block custom scenery? What if they are in the terrain block menu?

Good question. My guess is that if you make an object with "terrain block" SID settings, it may not work if they don't have the real bloack- the menu item isn't added to the main EXE.
