If I see the same thing you see, it's Goku on Namek.

I took notice of it because of:
1 - He got a scouter.
2 - He got something which can resemble a red band around his head.

Of course, the second one is the only thing to separate him from Ginyu... I mean Goku.

hey look right gohan's arm (right) it's a lil blury but im certain thats vegeta from buu saga in his blue suite u know the sayian armor without the vest.
