a refund for our lied to broken online copy of the game? I wonder if we can do something about that then since they wont fix it and we got lied, cheated, stolen, coarsed.. yada into buying this for sole online wii pwnage play.. it is truely proven fact there is a flat in atari/spike game how the net part works.. nintendo supplied them with a fix they refuse to fix it, can we get a refund?

So vote yes or no if you fell you deserve/want a refund.

I got the PS2 version, but if I had bought the Wii version, I guess I'd be pissed, but not enough for a refund. A lot of games have these problems. Just rant more and they will get solved someday.

Since the online is terrible, they should refund everyone 10 dollars since it's like the ps2 version. A lag means some ppl won't use the online mode and the ps2 version has no online mode. I say give us 10 dolllars back since they are selling ps2 versions for the wii.

yes. I bought this for the online mode as my life is very very busy and arcades no longer exist as they should.

putting the same crappy code on the live service wont help atari.

Atari doesn't make the game, nor takes care of Nintendo's online services.

That pretty much shows how dissapointing this game is when nearly 85% of the people that voted wants a refund from the game. lol.

wow, a whopping 12 people say they want a refund. this thread is as stupid as its thread creator. I'm amazed Ciel hasn't locked this, you're all like pathetic children crying for reimbursement because one iota of your game is broken. Even -I- bought the game specifically for online play, but acknowledged that there is still a GAME worth PLAYING outside of that.

You make the people who honestly want a fix for the game they truly care about (as real fans) look real bad. The closest thing you are gonna get to a refund, BTW, is taking your game to GameStop and trading it in. That would in turn benefit GameStop and hurt Atari's BT3 sales due to the increasing amount of used copies available (i.e.: no revenue going to the producing company).

but that's okay, crying for something you're never going to get is cool. We're more likely to get a network fix than we are a refund, so just sit down and shut up.

uncalled for much? Listen i dont know what person problems you are having, but please dont just jump on here and start flaming for whatever personal reasons. If you dont agree with the post thats fine. But flaming on here doesn't make you look very credible. So i'd appreciate it if you took it down a notch and calm down. thanks.

Thats a bit extreme isnt it just cause the online lags dosent mean you have to get your money then that must mean that you just bought the game because of wi-fi capabilities the game is still awesome theres no need to demand a refund

Trade it in at Gamestop. You'll get at least $40 dollars in store credit.

Please tone it down a little. No need to insult people. :)

However, I have to say that you made one good point:

there is still a GAME worth PLAYING outside of that.
I completely agree with that sentence. It might suck that online play isn't what we expected but it's just one part of the game. Just invite some friends and have fun with the 2P mode! No lagg at all! :D

there is no more reason for this conversation if think you deserve a refund than you go find someone who is willing to compensate you for your so called "losses" and the rest will enjoy a great game that is still great even with a sucky online mode

Its not like their going to but there should be some kind of compensation for the online problems.
