This is my first serious park. I have gone through several tutorials on terraforming (thanks a lot meerkat!!) and several on building buildings, etc, etc. The park is a northern european-esque medieval park. The park has one ride as of yet called The Siege, which is a wooden roller coaster. Pics are below of the landscape and the first ride.

PoV of the completed coaster with scenery. Some things might get tweaked a bit later, but i'd say it is 99% done.

Looks great for your first 'serious' park, I like the theme you have going. No complaints coming from me.

The fire awfully looks unrealistic, the terraforming looks good, just add some more texture, bushes, and rocks, and trees.

I will try to place fewer particle effects and in a better way and update the screenshot.

Looking great for a first park, I'd scrap the particle effects altogether myself but that's just me :)

Does anybody know of a good CS set with some nice supports that I can use for my wooden coaster?

Or Phil's Wooden Coaster Triangular Supports: CLICKY (http://www.modstothemax.net/community/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=item43)

I think you have to be a member to download it though. But it's worth the effort.

I like the park. Where did the inspiration come from? Good detailing but needs more. Dont leave empty spaces. But it's early stages so

Inspiration came from a book that I am currently reading called Sword Song which is the fourth book in the Saxon Chronicles series by Bernard Cornwell. The series follows an Englishman raised as a Dane during the time when the Danes and Vikings raided England. I also took a lot of the names from characters or places in the book.
