I want to skip them, right to Shippuden, I am currently at episode 99. In what episode can I do that without losing any important part of the story?

You should watch to episode 135, after that it's 100% fillers. Well, maybe not episode 220, the last episode before Shippuuden

Episode 1-136 for story and 2nd half of episode 220 for your official ending.

episodes 1-136 are the non-fillers(there are a few filler episodes in there)
the first two filler arcs arnt horrible, the main villian of both are canon characters(kabuto and mizuki) theyre not boring either, we get to see a really nasty/cool jutsu of kabutos in the first one and then iruka actually does something in the 2nd filler arc. the arcs to follow just get annoying and repetative, its nice to see people like ino, choji, kiba, anko, kurunai, hinata and all the others actually doing something though.

And you guys are lucky enough to get 2 episodes per week.
Most normal viewers, had to wait over an year, to get through the fillers.

I hate the filler its way to long although some of it was good.

Some of the fillers might be good but I think 90 epsiodes of fillers is a waste of time!

Some of them really were good. Like the arc when the Leaf Village had paper bombs placed all over it and everyone was trying to do detective work to find out where they all were and find the guy responsible.

I also liked the one when Gaara's student was abducted and the Leaf helped them get her back. That ancient guy who was bought back to life was cool. This arc is right before the ending of part 1.
