I dont know if any of you here have watched guyver or know they are remaking the anime
what do you think the chances of them making a guyver game for 360 or ps3?

Um, are they doing another Guyver anime?

I thought the one that came out in 2005 was really cool. Obviously it was a lot longer (26 episodes) than the 1989 version was (about 13 episodes). Plus it had a much better "ending" point than the 1989 version.

The 2 live action movies are pretty silly, but do feature some OK action scenes. Plus the first one had Mark Hammil & Jimmy "Dynomite" Walker, and the 2nd one had David Hayter (the voice actor who does Solid Snake).

I wish they would put out the OVA Guyver Out Of Control on DVD in the USA.

if Guyver had a succesful run on television then it most likely would get a game. Though my guess is that if it did have a game, its out already in Japan.

Nope, no video games, even in Japan. Which is pretty odd for a series that has been running since 1985, at least in manga form. Lots of action figures though, and all of them are really cool looking.

Just curious was the Topic Creator talking about another season of the Guyver series (after the 2005 show), or maybe the TC has not seen the 2005 version and thought that was the new one...

I recently bought some Guyver DVD's so I'm still pretty much a noob to the series. Seems cool! I want a video game.

no i wasnt talking about the 2005 series a cuz of mine who moved to japan to be close to his wifes famil sent me an email that there were previews for a new guyver

OK then that answers the question. Hopefully it will pick up where the 2005 series ended. Then go from there, I have read some interesting stuff about some of the stuff upcoming. I won't post them here, cause Tim has yet to see the last volume.

Sho and Agito BOTH can use the Guyver Gigantic, Sho makes the Guyver Gigantic really big (like Godzilla big), and the Guyver Gigantic when huge is even more powerful. Plus one of the scientists helping the Guyvers becomes a new form of Lost Number that can control temperature.

This is true. And it makes for some interesting dynamics amoungst the relationship between the two mentioned.
Let's just say, because of this matter, we may be heading for something very bad between them.
