With lots of anime out there, some of the most intense and dramatic names have gotten the golden opportunity to be turned into a video game. Coming to mind are Dragon Ball Z, Bleach, Gundam, Robotech and others.

So share your fandom for anime games, discuss what you like best about them, which you have purchased and even some things or various titles you didn't like.

Though I've yet to play it, CLANNAD seems to be really good from what I hear. I'll just say that one, as I do plan to play it sometime soon.

The only problem with most anime games are either they.

A: Really suck (are made really quickly to cash in on the shows popularity)
B: Are really good, but are just really just fighting games after all.
C: Never come out in the USA.

Probably the only anime games I have actually played (and enjoyed) were the Pokemon, & Yu-Gi-Oh games.

I tried the Lupin game, and it sucked. The Cowboy Bebob game never did come out here (for some odd reason), never did try the Samurai Champloo game (which did come out), and the demo of the Full Metal Alchemist game looked really bad...

I also have never really been fond of flight simulator/mecha games where you had way too many controls, and the Robotech game fell into that genre really well...

GBA 3 feat. SEED
Fate/Stay Night
Yu-Gi-Oh! WC

I'd say Tsukihime, but there is no Tsukihime anime.

Well, I'll give the nod to the last two Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi games for capturing the feel of the show perfectly.

I also really enjoyed Dynasty Warriors: Gundam, being the perfect blend of Dynasty Warriors... and Gundam... Both of which I enjoy greatly.

Funnily enough, both games are about as deep as a kiddies paddling pool, but are undeniably fun!

Apart from that, none come to mind... I recently brought Bleach Wii (or Shattered Blade) and although it was fun to play as the characters from the show, the engine was not great (nor were a lot of the English voice actors...)

Whoops forgot about the Bleach game for the DS, also a fighting game, but at least it was a bit more complicated (gameplay wise) than the DBZ fighters (which are fun, but really easy to get bored of). The only problem is that the game came out a bit before the US show was even showing certain bits of the game, so I was spoiled a bit on certain aspects of the show...
