Next and Last Park 2008

Last year, there was a thread going about the last park people visited, and the next park they anticipate visiting. I thought it was kind of interesting to see where people were going. Since last year's thread must surely be in Zombieland, I figured I'd start a new thread with that same concept.

So, what was the last park you visited, and what park do you anticipate visiting next?

For me...

Last park: Dollywood, March 24th
Next park: probably Cedar Point for Opening Weekend

(I'd hoped to get to Carowinds over the past weekend, as well, but it didn't work out -- the main purpose of my trip was to visit my mother. She's been in the hospital for over a month due to having a really tough time recovering from back surgery and some subsequent complications. Dollywood was on the way home, so I decided to stop for a few hours. To visit Carowinds, I would need to have taken a day out during the middle of the trip, but my mom was going through some rough spells, so I decided taking that day would not be appropriate.)

wow...I haven't been to a park in ages.
I can't get to them as I would need to go on a bus and they only run in the summer.
I went to Drayton Manor about 2 years ago and want to go back to Alton Towers this summer.
Wait, I went to a small park in Breen, UK but I'm not sure when that was. :bulb:

Next park: Alton Towers again probably.

Last park: Disneyland Paris or de Efteling, I went to both last summer, but I can't remember which one I went to last.
Next park: De Efteling, next Thursday, if the weather gods make a bit of sense, that is.

i wouldnt dream of going to cedar point on opening day.... can you say CROWDED?

Actually, Cedar Point's opening day and opening weekend crowds generally aren't bad. A far greater concern is the weather: I've been to opening days where the weather was fabulous, and I've been to opening days where it's snowed. Most opening weekends are somewhere in between.

Next: I'm not sure, probably Drayton Manor, Alton Towers, Thorpe Park or Chessington. I'm definitely going to Disneyland Paris in July, but I'm sure I'll visit a park before then. Just nothing planned. BUT, I think it'll most likely be Drayton or Alton.
