Proposed coaster for Kings Island for 2009

At first, I thought cool. Then I thought Screamscape.

Well, something is going on. ...Otherwise they wouldn't be doing construction in the swan lake area near The Beast.

i thought the same thing but what if its just going to be a building like club blood.

I've heard more then just Screamscape on this one tho.

But, if it does turnout to be a Hyper, lets PRAY its not trimmed to all hell like Behemoth.

Goliath was fantastic.. hardly trimmed.

Where else have you heard of this and i know what you mean about the trims...I HATE THEM!!!Beast was great and it still is but when trimms were added its such a different ride.

Hmm.. if this is for real, nice! I always take an annual trip to Kings Island, and this'll just give me a better reason to go there.

One thing that's great about PKI is that there is so much room for them to expand...

I dont mean to be a pefectionist but its just KI now not PKI...I know what you mean about the room for growth. More than half the land KI owns isnt developed.

Ah, okay. My bad.
And yeah, I know. Last year, when I went on the Eiffel Tower, I saw how much forest and land they had back near the Beast, and could definitely see expansion near that area.

Well, another parmount park near me, Kings Dominon (my least favorite park on EARTH) is getting a new coaster. It's a B&M floorless called "Dominator", and apparently its going to be the longest floorless coaster ever built. I think I might break my faith and go for a day just to ride it :p

i really hope cedar fair cleans the park up and makes it enjoyable..

Dominator was at Geauga Lake :mad::down:. You're lucky. Trust me, it's a great coaster. Definitely go there to ride it.

Yes, you must ride it! The front is worth the wait, keep that in mind.

ha...i rode dominator for the first time last year. The park was a ghost town so we walked on it every time. Great ride. Right now i am a little worried about KI getting a replica of Behemoth. These chain parks always make replicas.

Yeah, last year was dead... but it was good for me! Even July was not even packed, it was great! :D Walk-ons all day!

And we don't know if it's going to be like Behemoth. I certainly hope not, especially with those trim brakes. Although, it would be nice to have a hyper there with a really steep drop!

Every B&M hyper to date has had an original layout, I don't see that changing anytime soon. Heck, even the old Six Flags regime didn't clone any of their B&M hypers.;)

Cedar Fair doesn't clone coasters. They do clone their trashcans, however;).

This is true...but cedarfair has also changed a lot of things so they could change their "no replica" policy...Heck, they switched the backward racer forwards again...
