More information is coming out about Hong Kong's version of this classic attraction. I think it'll be easier if I just post the photos that have been released!

And if this is how they're doing the characters here and at Disneyland, I don't see what the worry is, they beautifully stylised, and fit perfectly with the attraction in a fun manner, without ruining it! (Although save the rainforest plz)

Also, this video has some footage of the new Disney Character Dolls, Stitch, Peter Pan & Co. and some others.

Looks pretty cool! :D I originally didn't like the idea of characters in the attraction, but it does actually seem to work. They fit in with the other dolls quite well.

Is it just me or does it seem really dark in those pictures?

That's probably because they're not finished with the full lighting or something. Just temporary for the Photos? Well, IASW is a Dark Ride, really.

that looks good! Very clean, I love the "new ride" cleasliness! :)

But, when stitch came out in theaters a while ago, we had a temporary stitch doll on one of the surfboards in our Hawaii scene. But this looks like it will blend in more.
