How can I import objects into rct3 creating with "billboarding" method? I created them with blender.

Read a tutorial, they are very helpful. There are plenty in the stickies at the top of the CS section.

And billbording! What a great word fot it, I will use that word!

Sorry but this is not searching. I searching something to help me import objects on rct3 with billboard method: create a plane in blender (or other 3d program), then fill it with a trasparent texture (as png file), as image below:

Roses are rct3 objects , but not are 3d objects, pansy on left side is mine (create with billboard method), but is too dark, I use blender to do it, how can I create it lighter?

Ah, you actually mean the correct 3D-Lingo billboard =)
This is theoretically possible in RCT3, but not supported in the importer. What you can do is do a plane and follow one of Vodhin's tutorials about alpha channel textures. It won't be automatically facing the camera though, it's just a plane with a certain orientation.

I want use images (as this below) as "objects" on rct3 (without modeling it for now), is possible?

so you want a flat model with that picture on it to make it look like a full model?

alphatexturing i think not 100% sure though
