A question: object above is a 2d image projected as 3d object?

Can you explain me how do this?

I've tryed, but is not visible to all views, has a tutorial that explains this?

in the importer make sure you set it as double side and texture only. its where you add the textures to your model in the importer, if you select SIalphamasklow and change "texture +mesh" to "texture only" and if you keep going the last option, change to double sided.

Orientation change from blender to rct3, why? Maybe I use sketchup?

you can use SU. thats what i use, Its very simple, but not as powerfull as blender or maya, but gets the job done.

try not hitting the fix orentation button, or set it as default. maby thats the issue?

You need to hit the fix orientation button so the matrix doesn't look like just a diagonal row of 1s.
