Im calling out all the moderators and developers who read these forums. We want to know RIGHT NOW what happened to our TDU 360 servers and we want to know when they will be back online! We bought this game to cruise with our friends online not stare at a message saying the servers are down due to you not being able to keep up! Bring the damn servers back online so we can do what we want to do!

The moderators for these forums are not Atari employees -- We (the moderators) have no information regarding the server status -- Sorry.

thanks for letting the community know.
why don't you try and get some information, like the mods from the european forums do?

We do, but no information is available to us. Atari US is still separate from eden and Atari EU.

We ask questions, we get no answers. We ask for information regarding specific things, we get no answers. If anyone who works for this division of Atari wants to comment, they can come here to do so, but they don't seem to have answers either. Sorry. We do the best we can, with what we have, and that seems to be no information on the servers right now.

thank you both very much for trying. nothing anybody could do, I guess.
let me remind everybody that servers are technically not really down btw. we met lots of ppl last night that used the online races feature to do some cruising together which is still possible. we simply cannot log on to those servers, but they're still there, and they still work (to a degree). the whole thing does look like an authentication problem (or sth similar).

It's also worth noting that — to the best of my knowledge — some of the Atari Europe forum moderators are actually Atari employees, while none of the US moderators are.
