A trip to Dorney Park, PA

I've been wondering about a few things, if anyone has visited Dorney Park, in Allentown, PA this season, and what rides they've been on. Is Voodoo a fun ride? I'm going tomorrow, and I was wondering what are the best rides in the park, if you have any tips for the trip, and which rides I should go on to save as much time as possible. Please reply!

I've been on this exact same coaster at Geauga Lake. I don't know if there are any changes or not, but it'll most likely be a fun ride. I mean, it's inverted, launch, vertical-ness, speed, what else is there to ask?! It'll probably be like Wicked Twister, and Wicked at CP is one of my favorite coasters, so yeah it should be fun :)

Well,obviously Vodoo is now at the top of the list.
I'd hit rides in this order:
Talon
Hydra
Voodoo
Steel Force
Thunderhawk
Laser
Waterpark

Don't go to the waterpark first.EVERYBODY goes there first,so the coasters will be empty.Hit those first.Talon will be crowded fast early,since it's right off the little main street.At around 2 P.M.,hit the waterpark since everyone will leave the waterpark and go to the coasters.The waterpark crowds then shouldn't be too empty.

I visited Dorney back in 2005 when Hydra was new.

Really is a great park with some great thrills, especially with VooDoo now.

My only trouble when I went was that it was 102 degrees outside and we forgot swim suits for the water park.

So, in the event of a hot day, remember your swimming trunks! :p
