Super or Perfect Android?

Well, the way I see it, is that he is an android, because when Cell gets ready to battle Android 16 he says he is an android created by Dr. Gero, programmed to absorb androids 17 and 18, and reach his final perfect state, but he is in one case a bio-weapon like Jaguar created to fight Hercule in the uncut movie, Bio-Broly. Cell is mechanical, but the word for him is, Perfect Mechanical Bio-Weapon.

Unlimited energy (auto charge)
17 has energy absorption
Has barriers

Perfect

Charge energy (quicker)
etc :P

The flaw in that logic is that the english dubs and subs call EVERYONE an android, when really only 16 and 19 are androids, while 17 and 18 are cyborgs, and Cell is a bio-weapon.
