I was just wondering, does custom scenery reduce lag in your parks? If it doesn't, s there a cheat for lag reduction in the game?
Also (I know this is off the subject), but does anyone have a fixed version of Pyro's Six Flags set? The one i have is corrupted and PyroFREAK doesn't have anymore copies of the file.:(

Thanks!

Quite the opposite- If a model has a high poly count and you put it in your game, your game WILL lag.

Unless your computer has a super good graphics card. ;)

It also depends on how much you place because the more scenery = More lag.

And also, if you put too much custom scenery in your style/themed folder, your loading time increase.

hehe...uhh i have mine's WAAY full and to load a sandbox takes 10min and an (almost) filled park takes 30-45min. :p I only have a simple computer too...

Frontier's models are very optimized, so CS "lags" equally or more.

rub it in robin.

Also the more detail in your park the more it lags.
More detail = More cso = Lag.

then again, if you have a decent set installed which was properly made and thought about it shouldn't cause considerable lag..

CS doesn't increase lag more than normal CS. But the loadtime is longer (around 10 minutes if your computer is very slow). Don't put to much CS in your park (or at least, put shadows off), this will lag more.

And I don't think its possible just to enter a cheat that magically reduces game lag....

Or ridiculous, considering that it had to be activated in some obscure/non obvious way just to make the game playable.
