Hi, im new to custom scenery (started today) and I don't quite understand how to carry on after making the scenery (I've used Sketchup) and I have downloaded LithUnwrap (Although I have no idea what its used for, I found a link for it in a sticky at the top of this thread).

So, I Have looked through various posts trying to find the answer, although I might have acidentally missed some, to what to do next.

I have created my custom scenery on SketchUp and am now stuck on what to do, as you now know I have LithUnwrap and all I know about it is that its a UVmapper (correct me if im wrong) and I know I have to use some kind of importer to get it into RCT3 but how I do it I have no clue.

If you could help me/ guide me that would be great, thanks,
DxP Guardian.

SurfingOz has quite a number of tutorials for the Sketchup user. Check some of the stickies; they will have a link to the RCT3 importer as well as to many other tutorials as well.

Alright, I thought you were confused on what to do with the UV mapper, which adds the textures. The stickie right above this post should have the links to the importer, as well as tutorials for using it.

Oh, sorry, on my Sketchup building ive just used the paint bucket tool to add stuff like bricks and metal etc and I thought that I could just import it like that. and yes, sorry I was confused and what to do with the UVmapper.

EDIT: I've looked at the start of Surfingoz's "First object" tutorial video, and he says about going to "plug-in" then "RCT3" but I dont have a "plug-in" option, any idea's on how to get this?

EDIT #2: Also, on Surfingoz's Sketchup, he has a bule bit at the top, I saw that this was the sky on another thread, but on my sketchup, I dont have a sky

The very nature of your questions shows that youv'e only SKIMMED but not read those tutorials. They very clearly explain that you need to DOWNLOAD THOSE PLUGINS before you can use them in SKetchup.

watch the sketchup tutorials to learn fully how to use it. its like driving a car, its not just turnign a wheel its much more deep than that. after that, watch and read oz's tuts to learn how to use sketchup for rct3

And you don't need a UVMapper. Positioning the textures in SketchUp is enough.
