I did A search and I can't find the ovl compiler download so can someone help me please I want to make animated objects now.

why won't the ovl maker opening it say don't got do run cmd.exe

yea that where read it say you don't open it with cmd.exe so how do you open it than.

ok sorry my mistake miss understand the readme so must still use cmd.exe to write the xml and stuff.

Ok, its like this. OVL Make needs to be run at the command line. It has a Readme explaining how it works. You do NOT use CMD.Exe to write the XML, XML is a specially formatted text file that uses tags to describe WHAT the data is, followed by the data itself. XML files can be created in any word processing program, however there are specific programs that are optimized specifically for error checking the files as you create them. CMD.EXE just brings up the 'DOS PROMPT' us Dinosaurs grew up with. Just fire it up then "MD" (Move to Directory) to where make OVL is installed.

just becuase I don't release every set I make don't mean I don't know what i'm doing .

me I like to work on my set for along time if I don't release them I don't I keep them for myself .Like my frontierland set I will be release that set when i'm ready and know everything work right.
