What Exactly Does Earth Power Do when you are on the right stage

What is the fastest way to get z-points?

Earth power gives you a small boost in all stats if the stage is one earth, to me its not worth it, you get more out of addin +1 to your stats, and the fastest way I found to get z points was to beat the story mode to get some z item that increases how many zpoints you gain in story mode, then just keep collecting the dragonballs and wishing for zpoints
