2d images would just be a single plane with a texture on it
to make a bench you need effect points, if you are new i suggest you try something a bit easier first but i think there are tutorials out there for it but the nitty gritty stuff would take ages to explain.

For 2d images: I've tried so, but objects in game are visibile in only one view (as in front), on in all.
For bench: I've put an effect point on rct3 importer, but people ignore bench, don't sit, maybe I can put a hidden object on the model on blender, and put effect point on it in rct3 importer?

for 2d: you8 need to set it as double sided then
for bench: you need two effect points and a lot of matrix transformations and flags for it to work, not just an effect point

When I try to load spansky world park, game freezes and this warning shows me this: RELOCATION TABLE ENTRY 0X60(0/47) DOESN'T MAP WITHIN THE OVERLAY "STYLE\THEMED\DASMATZE_INSTANTWOOD\1\LARGEGREEN02" FILE POS=0X2EC
What means this?
I use blender and sketchup, and for effect points I export my blender models as .3Ds, import them to sketchup (the free version can import .3Ds, just not export), then I add the effect point and export that as an ASE. I don't prefer doing that, so it will be very useful to know how to simply place one in Blender. I've tried a single vertice mesh, but that didn't work... :(
