No, this is not an expansion pack, nor is it another soaked. This set will bring to RCT3 what Soaked did not, the ability to make realistic beaches.

This set will include:

Entrances
Umbrellas
Beach Balls
Pool Equipment (fake)
Life Gaurd Stands (fake)
Surf Equipment
Sharks
Fish
and more...

If I can learn how to make Blender CS, Animated CS, and Flat Rides, then this WILL be an Expansion Pack. Also, there might be some CTRs.

The first picture will come in a few minutes...

Well, I just tried making an entrance, but it was red when I did it. It has two fountains.

I have to agree with stu, a lot of the items you said you're going to build haven't already been included in other sets and some of them came with soaked
