I want implement this bench:

But on game it not appear:

or , if that is the problem, reverse them in your modeler before importing, it saves unessesary lag by setting them to double sided.

He means reversing the faces that are backwards. Doublesided appropriately takes up twice the resources. Its fine for certain things, but not this so much, except with the railings on the bench, possibly. How many polys?

I had this problem a lot. Then I realised that I hadn't set the LODs to anything over 0.0. Have you done that?

mmm...I try to explain you how I have implemented my bench. I remember you that I'm new user with rct3 importer.

the first picture has a big red X under the model so obviosly not., looks like it has way too many polygons to work effectivly anyway, your computer may not be able to handle drawing them all.

click the "A" button in the LOD's for auto lods, the rest seems to be OK but you might find it easier with version 17 of the importer.

only other thing i can think apart from the LOD's is the texture but i doubt it

if your seat has 4000 polygons (nearly 4000 anyway) it will lag people's games no end when you place many in your park (seats are used lots), if you place it 20 times (most people use more than that in most parks, more like 50-100) then there will be upwards of 80000 polygons, thats a LOT of polygons for a few benches, benches should be no more than 100 or 200 polygons really.

Which never seems to be enabled for me. :pout:

I went through the whole beginners tutorial.
Then it got the part where it says something like: "Now click the A button".
And it hasn't been enabled ever since :).

But it's because has too much polygons that it don't appear on game?

i doubt it, but i dont think it helps, have you imported a box first? see if you can get a simple box to work the same.. if it does work then it may be a problem, but your high polygon count just means it isnt a very pratical bench, have you tried the auto LOD button?

well, then try making the details with textures. First, make the design you want the detail parts to have, make it into an alpha texture (don't know how to do that), then place it on a flat face, and double side all faces that are two sided.

i really suggest you lower the polygon count on it first though.

roll over the red icons and it will tell you what it means, the orage circle means you need to asigna texture to the mesh, which you choose from the drop down box.

I know, but red star don't allow me to do nothing, assign texture and so on... :(, I can assign textures only two parts.

yes, there is something wrong with your meshes, i have no idea what becouse i dont use blender
