there has been strobe light but mostle have been done with animated texture this was made use the AFE so work like real strobe light.In way could say first onless you can find another set this in it

well... the fact that you said you were the first without any evidence, it doesn't matter but you shouldn't really just assume. i have made strobes before , its not that hard, but i have not released them, mainly becouse there is not much point of a set with one strobe light in it.

you should try put this in the search an object thread to see if it exists or have a look under the CS list (now one of the people who runs it is gonna tell me I'm wrong becouse they should do something else) and if it cannot be found try putting it in the request thread ;)
