IW Theoretical Character List

I hashed out a theoretical character list in anticipation of IW based on these three factors. The current screencaps, the fact that the story will span the entire series from Dragonball to GT, and the old lineup from Budokai 3.

Current sources state the list to be 44 to 50 characters for IW. My list comes out to 41 and transformations put it well over 50. I did not include Might Mask, Pan, or those silly kids in the list because media images are taken from Cardass (people are confusing this with IW). IW is an entirely new game.

If I'm not mistaken, Budokai 3 had Goku (Dragon Ball) as a character.

I think it would be sweet if they added in more DB content, but then again, I think that DBZ and DBGT is better because it's much more action-orientated than the original

They already said there were going to be about 44-50 characters in the game, and while it's fine to be enthused about having a lot of GT characters in the game the chances they will be in the final cut are real slim. Remember, they are going to span the entire series and only focus on the most significant fighters (fighters who fit into the plot, and the most know fighters).

Anyway, what I think is that they're taking..

Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 + Japanese voice options + W-Impact character models + a few Shin Budokai gameplay aspects + a few Burst Limit gameplay aspects...smash it up into a game...and then sell it.

I really doubt this is going to be a completely full blown game considering that the MSRP (according to GameStop.com anyway) is $29.99 and also by the fact that they game is coming out this November.

Or...The $29.99 MSRP could be to attact the PS2 owners who haven't switched over to PS3 yet, the game is (for the most part) Budokai 3, and maybe they've been working on in simultaneously with Burst Limit?

Wasn't Chiaotzu already in Budokai 3? I could be wrong.

Eis can not be an alternate for Nova Shenron. Eis's "regular" ki blasts should have like an ice effect whereas Nova should have ea fire effect.

Ok, here's the revised theoretical character containing the best fighters from the series. Since the capsule system will be returning, I'm going to say that there won't be seperate characters for transformations like in Tenkaichi i.e. (Goku, SSJ3 Goku).
