first of all you can see his picture meaning there is a large chance thet you can play other characters
but i think you can transform,why?
because there is thet small yellow triangle near his health like in the legacy of goku series so i hope you can run those grassy fields as ssj3!
plus,around his picture there is this wierd meter,any ideas?
