Now that I finally got the hang of custom scenery on Vista, I decided to start my last Universal Park. The new park will build off the concepts of the prior parks like always. Unlike in the past, the park is divided into sections according to genre. The park will have Action/Adventure, Horror, Family.

Universal doesn't own the rights to DC comics characters, Six Flags does. On the other hand, Spiderman isn't completely out of the plans for the park.

The rides take a lot of time in this park because i do several drafts of the ride until it's exactly how I want it. The plans for the Mummy are pretty much set in stone and now it is a matter of constructing the ride.

How long does it take you to make park like this because so far it does look amazing and i like it.

Revenge of the Mummy's queue and plaza is now done. All that is left to do is build the ride itself. The Hamunaptra plaza is located off of East New York Street and includes a gift shop (Tomb Treasures), and a restaurant (Pharoh's Food).

No, I'm not dead. I do have a social life outside of the computer though (a pretty busy one at that), so it can be difficult to find time to build stuff on RCT. Expect an update soon though.

Revenge of the Mummy: The Ride
NOW OPEN!

The opening party for Revenge of the Mummy was yesterday to a select group of the elite peep society. Various celebs such as Lauren Peeprad from the PTV show Laguna Peep, Brad Peep and his wife Angelina Peeplie were spotted at the event. The Universal Studios Attractions VP stated that this installment of Revenge of the Mummy is "Faster, darker, and more thrilling than the others." The official public opening is to be on Saturday, October 11th. In the mean time, the Universal Creative Crew is working double time in effort to finalize the surrounding areas for the public.

Revenge of the Mummy is a revolutionary new psychological thrill ride in which riders face teams of Warrior Mummies, fleets of scarab beatles, deadly sandstorms, explosions, and a death-defying journey from a three thousand year old tomb into the dark depths of the underworld. The coaster clocks in at speeds of up to 45mph and a ride time of about two minutes.

Notice: Due to possibly large crowds at the opening, it is advised to purchase your ticket early. Don't like waiting in lines? Skip the wait and buy the VIP pass for only $89.99. Take the adventure all year! upgrade to a season pass for only $30.00 more.

Okay, I know you have all been waiting for the new and improved (emphasis on IMPROVED) 007: Escape from the Golden Lion ride. In the second Universal Studios instalment, the 007 coaster was hands-down the most popular among the downloaders, and I have very high hopes for this version. For those of you who did not get to see the second instalment, 007: EFTGL was a fast-paced rollercoaster in which you blast out of the Golden Lion Society Ball which has been taken over by Russian terrorists. After being catapulted out of the building, you lunge over a crowded city street and you crash through the Embassy of Foreign Affairs and must navagate your escape pods through various death-defying scenarios and ultimately drive into the Axis Weaponry Arsenal for an explosive finale.
