I think one week is a bit short... I think one week may be acceptable for the first round as the challenge is only create a generic coaster but for some of the later challenges more than a week would be required to get entires right...

I still think one week is too short and maybe extend the deadline to two and the one week would require building the coaster, theming it and recording it so it would be a tight squeeze as some people don't get much time to work in RCT...

Just my opinion :)

^^ Gibbss, i think you are right i might put it to a week and a half or maybe two weeks for the harder ones. I am still going to keep the first one at 1 week for a challenge, if too many people complain i will move it back!

^ Don't worry, the comp won't start until everyone is signed up, i might move the required number of people to 7 if it takes to long to get everyone

I really want to join this contest but my computer is too old to film anthing in RCT3 adequately. May i just include pictures in the youtube video?

Also, i dont have windows movie maker, becuase my computer is too old to have it. I instead have to use an unregistered version of a movie making software, so text appears in the middle of the screen. Is this acceptable? If so you could maybe download the coaster so you could have a better look?

^^ Are you sure it doesn't record properly?

When using the ingame recorder the game runs really slowly as it records each frame to get the highest quality... When you open the video file from your My Videos\RCT folder it should run fine :)

that really stinks. just make it less rounds, dont close it down yet, it seams like a good comp.
