Gamespot has a new release date:

Is it true?

Yes, it is true. But, I believe if you preorder, that could possibly be the date it is delivered to you.

Atari still has not changed the release date on their site. It's very possible distribution is delayed to some online vendors.

Wish an Atari rep would say so here,i was told mine might be in earlier then the 14th by the store i preordered it from.

Usually the stores have the games in hand 2 or 3 days before the release date. Normally they are not allowed to sell that game before the release date though.
