Oh... at first I thought the people on the bottom were upside down... I'v just had to scrub out an essay of text here to stop myself looking an idiot. :haha:
Anyway, I can imagine that thing needing one hell of a support job...

just a bit like on banked turns. both sides need supports!

They could do it to a flyer too, one side lying down, one side in flying position. There would be kind of support complications on the barrel rolls, though!
EDIT: Your "CAR SUSPENDED IN A BOX TRACK" idea sounds a lot like the TOGO Pipeline/heartline Coaster.

Looks awesome...but expensive. I would ride it though.
Someone on themeparkreview if I'm not mistaken thought of this about 6 months ago and has put some really serious effort into making a model for his design.

Sorry I don't get the design of the trains...

Sorry I don't get the design of the trains...
It's like a double decker train, only the bottom side would be inverted.
Also, how would you support this kind of train?

Neato!
But, as many have said, it might very well be impossible to support...Still cool though!:D

^ Not to mention how heavy the trains would have to be.

Not nessecarily. Think about how heavy the trains on X used to be.

So one row looking backwards, and one looking forwards, on one 'spinnable' car?

Hmm interesting. So sorta similar to the unusual "stand up or sit down" coaster from TOGO?
Half inverted half not. Take your pick. If I"m correct.
