Two things. first, I just had to point out to Mr. ShotgunRider that now it is proven that the survey sent out was for the game and not just something that BGL made to gain membership! :D

Now, TK got his information from me. I am in contact via email and Skype with some of the developers. Their names are not given out for the same reason that they come of our fourms in hidden mode (Admins can see those that are hidden), it is because they do not want to be seen and flooded with questions.

So with that said, you can believe it is coming out or not, your choice, really nothing to fight about. When it comes out here soon, then great, your game is updated. Simple as that.

Also there was a comment earlier about why we are on this forum. You are correct, we only beta tested, so we shall refrain from posting helpful information on this forum and keep it as you say "where it belongs". Seeing that we are the only people that know the "How to's" right now as there is more and better support talking to a dell technical support person in a different language through us. We are not saying that we are better than anyone, so get that thought out of your mind, simply saying that right now because we tested it and talked with the developers in TS asking why this is a certain way and how this works, we have a pretty good idea.

You can laugh all you want, look around the only people that can run this game are those with high end machines. All I'm telling them is if they want to run this game as it is, they will have to upgrade. Some are trying to run on very OLD technolodgy.

AND, if that was the case not a very good spread of computer hardware for proper testing. You would have thought the developers would make sure that atleast SOME of the testers had the specified required componets, and some with the min. requirements. I'm not putting the testers down, I'm questioning the developers choice of selecting who had what equipmentand how the beta was distrubuted. It actually sounds like it was an OPEN BETA test but only offered to a selected few. Open beta testing is usually done to test on different types of equipment mixes. Closed beta usually is done with selected equipment.

Maybe you could take the time to explain to me how the beta testing was done, like what they required of those testing (equipment, software) or was it just distributed to one person and that person decided who got it?

Half of the testers had machines that could not run DHT, did those ever get to the point were they could run it WELL??

Please give us the specs on those machines, your view of a low end machine may not be what other consider a low end machine.

The situation about PMs is that its bad to post them unless both parties agree, as its private. That way, less problems occur.

Legal battles are hard to do unless you have certain information, but I am not getting in the middle of that. Though if anyone has swears in PMs as was posted, and the other party makes a complaint and reports it, then an infraction for PM abuse can be given.

Though guys, I really think we need to end this dispute as its not getting us anywhere, the patch (if when available) will fix things hopefully where you can enjoy the Tournament game even more, and we don't need to become enemies on a game forum.
