Well, I'm starting my first park using CS and I would like to know some really good sets that a lot of you guys use. Please post links to them too, if you can.

All of Shyguy's sets: http://shyguysworld.com/scenery.html
All of DasMatze's sets: http://www.dasmatze.de/rct/page.php?3
But if you're a beginner these aren't the best sets because they are difficult to use.

Depends on what you want to do. A western themed set won't do you much good if you are making a futuristic park.
I'd suggest looking through the List of Custom Scenery and learning what is available, download the set's that catch your eye, play with those awhile and then add some more.

Get Vodhin's Vermont theme. That's the one I started with & it's still one of my favorites, because it's very versatile.

The list of custom scenery is completely useless because it dosen't have links. Yeah, you know who made what, but now you have to search half an hour for it :P

What are you talking about?
If you go to the complete list all the set's are listed alphabetically by the creators name. To the right of each set listed is an icon with a link to the thread where he talked about the set, as well as a icon with a link to the download. If you click on the set name most of them will open a drop-down menu that listed everything in the set, and more information. There's also a FAQ page that tells you all this.
None of which takes a half an hour. ;)
S4R's Concrete Walls. Easiest and most helpful set I've seen. This is an example of it on my CCP house: [LINK] (http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f180/BJK51/Shot0028.jpg) (the lighter-colored concrete)
