Antler Score Sheet [Archive]

I do not have the game yet, but I have read and seen screenshots showing that the antler score sheet from dh2005 is not included in DHT. The antler scoring system was the most realistic part of the previous game in my opinion and I do not get why this feature has been removed.

It also makes no sense to me why the the tournaments would be based off of any scoring system other than an antler score. In real life hunting, antler scores are the basis for judging deer and other game animals.

I have decided to hold off on buying this game for now. If this feature is included in the game in the future, I will be buying this game. Otherwise, I will wait for the next hunting game to come out. This is also the view of my friends who would play this game but have chosen not too for the same reason.

I hope that there is someone here who is listening and taking notes on what actual real life hunters want to see in this game.

Oh, and one more request if anyone is listening. If antler score sheets and scores are put back into the game, please show measurements in 1/8 inch increments instead of 3 decimal places as in DH2005. (1/16 inch increments for bear/cougar scores).

He's calling it great based on what has been posted on the web site. Guess that is why he got his hopes up on DHT he based every thing on what he reads.

Yeah but posting "false advertisement" is illegal so why can atari post false information and we can't post anything about a great and upcoming game thats free??!?!??!

If you want to tell someone to not post something maybe atari, including their mods should not post false information. Thats just my opinion on the matter!:down:

Better look again it's not free!!!!!! Also not made by ATARI there for does not belong on forums payed for by ATARI!!!

The worst part is, if you look at some of the pics on the "official" website (which is all it's good for) you'll see that real world scoring is actually part of the information included on some of trophy screenshots. Don't know why it was left out.

Or maybe I'm drunk. It sure seems like I've seen it, though.
