how do you come up with the numbers for Translation and Rotation for the keyframes in animation

Like let say I want A ball to have Rotation of 360 degrees around how would come with this numbers ? I been try figure part out but can't can someone please help me.

Translation uses coordinates and rotation radians (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radian).

just one more quick question in the new XML maker would put whole number

6.2831853 or just the 6.2

if you did round it would be 6.3 ;),
but to be more accurate put in the whole thing

Will all those number fit in the xml maker I thought you could only do one or two numbers.
