when i download some CTR dazmaztes eurofighter for example
i extract it and during extraction it says the file is broken

Follow Vodhin's suggestion:

empty temp internet files and any previous download- windows can sometimes assume that a download it already has is the one to keep.

Also, if you use any internet helper applications, like download accelerators, those might cause corrupted files, too.

Then download the file again. There's nothing wrong with the file.
