CS textures.

hey. does someone have a good wooden recolorable texture or does someone have a tutorial on how to make textures to recolorable textures ? when i make a wooden one myself alot of the colors messes up completely the only thing i can make is a plain texture ?

I tried dasmatzes nice looking textures but when i use them they just get lightyellow and when i choose a new color it doesnt change ;s...

I am still quite confused, i tried doing it after your tutorial before ;s

What i tried to do is a blue recolorable wood texure which went from THIS (http://www.cgtextures.com/texview2.php?id=9876&PHPSESSID=291b6311a5d624ebd08e7580baab2e60)

You need to learn how to use your photo editing program. In PaintShopPro I would convert to greyscale, back to full color (remains greys) then tint the image.

I use photoshop CS3 :) do you got some hints for that :)?
