Replaying saved races issues

Hi, is anyone having these issues? I seem unable to replay some saved races and my Xbox "hangs" when I try to. I end up having to hard boot the Xbox. All updates on the Xbox are up to date - so why am I having this problem?

I know when little issues like this start creeping up there the first sign of problems just around the corner with an xbox. :pout: I jumped off the M$ replacement program, junk for junk an just bought a new arcade unit with the newer board an have started loading things to the drive to keep the machine in good condition. you may not want to here this but things arn't going to go away or get better.

Take your xbox pack it up an trade it in worth about 90 at Game Stop. pony up the other 70 bucks an by a newer Xbox arcade with an hdmi port else where. I think the newer machins come with the games lke kungfu panda an lego indiana jones, or sega super star tennis packed in.

You wil have a new system an a more reliable one:up: an it gets you off the Microsoft tread meal of replacing damaged xboxes for refurbed older models thats going to break down any way cause of there poor design spec. the new machines are a lot better, they really are. ;)

It sucks to have to pony up more cash but its really the best option:sour: hope this helps. irriguardless you should make reports to the better business bueru as shiesty as this tactic may seem it really the only recourse we have. Hope this helps.

I have this problem too. Especially when I try to see saved replay on Macau, my Xbox hangs 100%.

I found an easy way around this.

when your replay is just starting to load and before it "hangs" just press the xbox guide button in the middle of the controller and then it "un-hang" itself and load the replay.

I bought a new Arcade that has the new chip set, with a 120 HDD, Race Pro is installed to the HDD, still hangs. This game needs to be fixed. Why should I have to do a controller trick just to access a standard game feature?

I'm a bit late to this thread, as I just picked up Race Pro, but I've noticed that replays hang my xbox. This only happens for me when I try to watch a replay first thing after booting Race Pro. A reliable workaround for me has been to begin a race, then quit that race, then watch the replay. Then it loads without freezing. It's like you have to make the game load a track before you can watch replays. Weird. Please patch it!
