[TUT] Fixing the Mingwm10.dll Error (Rct3 Importer)

I have seen a lot of people having problems with the importer. So heres the fix.

Forward Note
You run the importer and you get this message.

Instructions
1.Download Mingwm10.dll from this site (http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mingwm10). The file is completely free. I have checked and there are no trojan viruses either.

2.Extract Mingwm10.dll to the location the importer is

3.Run the importer now. It should work completely fine now
