I was just wondering if on sketchup is there a way to use the rct3 placement plugin, do the full block, but have 3 of them together like to make a senery item 1x3?If so please tell...

Yup, Just lay a Full Tile down, its 4m x4m if you didn't know. Then 1x3 is 4m wide by 12m long. so make the piece like that.

Not quite sure what you mean, but yes you can make a piece 3 squares wide.
