OK, I have a pretty kick ass PC and I have never had any problems with any games...until now. First off, let me state that I ACTUALLY BUY my games, as opposed to downloading them. So, when I pay $50.00 for a game, I expect it to work. I got The Chronicles of Riddick today, and it crashes about every 20 minutes. This is NOT cool! Does anyone know WTF is causing this. I E-Mailed Atari, but they said it could take 7 - 10 days for a reply. That is completely unacceptable to me. As a programmer, I know how important support is, and taking a week + makes no sense to me. That just means that Atari does not give a damn about their customers, or that they know their products are so inferior that they will make you wait in hopes that some forum with unpaid responders will answer their question (no offence, I just think Atari should offer "true" support, or pay all of you who do their work for them!).

So, all you unpaid tech supporters...have you heard of the buggy ass Chronicles of Riddick? And do you know of any fixes for this buggy ass product? Any help will be greatly appreciated...

Maybe its on your end, because I finished both campaigns with no issues at all.

at least you got it to run, I get a unhandled exception right off the bat and I'm running a quad core 3 gig with SLI dual GeForce 8800's and 8 gigs of ram. from what i've seen its almost like the better your system is the worse the game runs(if at all). Ive posted my DXdiag on star breeze's forum, dose this forum have a thread set up for reciving them?
