I don't know if this has been posted yet but I can't find it anywhere online x.x

I have a PS2 to PS3 controller converter, and it works just fine save for ONE issue.

Whenever I have the PS2 controller plugged in (for example, my Beatmania IIDX controller) and the game on, the screen constantly flashes between the PS button menu and the game, as if something is constantly pressing the PS button, which is nonexistant on the controller. It doesnt give me enough time to make it to the controller settings before the screen goes away, and I can't switch between analog and digital mode without being in game.

Heeeeeeeeeelp?

You know the DS3 and SixAxis work just fine right? If you really want to use the PS2 controller try making a SixAxis or DS3 the 1st controller, then plug in the PS2 controller. This should allow you setup the PS2 controller uninterrupted. After that make the PS3 controller 3rd or 4th, and I think the PS2 controller should defualt to 1st. Turn off the PS3 controller, and you're done.

I own a DS3 and use it for games that don't require non-standard controllers. My problem is specifically for controllers such as the Beatmania IIDX controller, which I -have- to use to play IIDX at all.

I set the DS3 to 1. Plugged in the IIDX controller and it defaulted to 2. Set DS3 to 3. Turned on the game. IIDX controller defaulted to 1 and the same problem occurred.
