i was told to come here for help on what program to use for making Custom Scenery for RCT3. All i need is to know what program to use to create custom scenery for RCT3.

I was also told that i cant create custom flat rides for RCT3 until i mastered CS.

So thanks in ahead for anyone who posts anything about the program i need for creating CS. I really need to know:cry:...

There are several programs to do this. Like SU and Blender. I recommend starting with SU but that is my personal choice.

Modeling Programs
SketchUp (http://sketchup.google.com/)
Blender (http://www.blender.org/)

You are also going to need the importer and SU/Blender Plug-ins.

Importer and Plug-ins
Importer (http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=181524&package_id=210334)
SU Plug-ins (http://www.tpb3d-unleashed.net/index.php?option=com_jdownloads&Itemid=75&task=view.download&cid=2)
Blender Plug-ins (http://www.katsbits.com/index.php?subaction=showcomments&id=1185664682&archive=&start_from=&ucat=33&)

Then you are going to need to look at some tutorials and guidelines.

Tutorials & Guidelines
CS Forums Guide + Texture Links, Installing, etc.. (http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=609235)
Custom Scenery Help and Tutorials (http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=556048)

Written Tutorial, SU (http://www.tpb3d-unleashed.net/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=57:first-object-tutorial&catid=37:getting-started&Itemid=67)

Hope this helps

Please don't make any more threads... And it's not easy making CS. It's going to take you a very long time to learn how to do it.
Program 1 (http://rct3.sourceforge.net/tutorials/beginner_tutorial.html)
Program 2 (http://www.blender.org/)
(Just a few of them.)
Beginner's tutorial (http://rct3.sourceforge.net/tutorials/beginner_tutorial.html)
List of all the tutorials. (http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=556048)
Now, read the tutorials and then ask your questions.

WOW...We were all new to this at one time. please lets not be so negative, it was just a question of interest. i give help with no negativity towards the person asking, thats why people ask...."for help." I know it gets frustrating to see new threads about the same thing, but sometime new people dont always know what, or where to look. even the stickies at the top. please just be helpful, not rude. Sketchup is the easiest program to use, not too complicated, plus there are more "how to make" tutorials for sketchup! happy CS making.
