Ok, so heres my problem. im making a new set, but i have 3 icons that are missing the text for them in game. the icons are at the top of the menu in my set, and have no name on them. i do however have the name of the piece labeled in the importer, and is set correctly to those pieces. now i didnt make an icon sheet this time, i added each individual 64x64 icon to each piece. (all 75 pieces) Does anybody know why this is doing this so i can fix it? Thank you in advance to those that can help.

Your missing data in the "Text Strings" section.

Have you tried deleting the text strings, and re-do them back into the importer, maybe was a small glitch or something with you're computer.. (I really don't know) but thinking outside the box, since I know you do know how to do this..

Be sure that the Location within the theme is exactly the same name , If that could be the problem, :p

Ummm, no.

Old Spice is on the best lead for this problem- the "Name" field is what the set uses to refer to the OVL, while "Text" is what is displayed in the menu in game. This, by the way allows you to modify the TEXT shown in the menu without messing up the scenery list (chage the TExt line to whatever you want)

If you are missing text, make sure that both Name and Text fields have something in them, and that there are no non-alphanumeric characters there (periods, underscores, leading spaces, % & #, etc)

Also, look at all text strings, there might be duplicates. Avoid add-on names, too: such as roof 1 and roof 1 top... sometimes the second version is tossed out when re-doing existing scenery SIDs. A good check is to edit a piece without actually changing anything, then go back and loot at your list (before edit, you see OVL names, after edit you see text string names)

@ Viscosity086- yes, i have done that already and it still shows up like that in game. @Vodhin- Thanks, i will retype it a different way to see if that caused the problem. if so i will get back with everybody and let you all know if it got fixed! Thank you to everyone for helping me out with this. @RCT3robin- Thanks my friend, even though you went back and edited your post!
