Is there way to make particle effect trigger when want it to start and stop .

I'm make nuke for my set and want timer to count down from 10 to 0 and have particle effect of nuke start with explosion when it reach 0.

I'm make nuke for my set and want timer to count down from 10 to 0 and have particle effect of nuke start with explosion when it reach 0.
I know someone made a SAW set for tomm.'s ride and they had it count down on the explosion timer. Go ask them.
