First of all, atari is the worst customer service ever. It has been approxmitley 1 calender year since I posted an official ticket regarding this issue with them, and they *never responded*
I posted a new one today, and figured that it didnt matter, they would never respond to that one either. I've posted about 50 tickets about the same thing and been ignored for extended periods of time each time, i've only gotten their "auto responses" i've replied to them. Now each ticket i open with them is filled with vulgar language, maybe that will get them to pay attention?!?

anyway, here's my problem. I run the game at full specs with absolutley no issue, full shadows, very high antialiasing, high resolution, all of that, no performance hiccups at all. I ran it like that when i first got it, now its evenmoreso since ive done a few upgrades to my pc over the last year.

however, when i run the toolset launcher, it crashes immediatly. it dosent even show the window. I've tried changing the window settings of the launcher under properties, i've tried reinstalling directx, ive run their directx tool, i've uninstalled and reinstalled my dotnet framework, nothing

Nvidia GeForce From My personel experience its is the nvidia chipset that gives you the problem i am not sure why But there are a lot of games that will work ok on it but not always then I have had more problems brought to my attention on other programs than the game it self such as toolset that have problem don't ask me why I am not sure I am not profssional tech person myself. Myself I use AMD and problems on programs set up for the nvidia chipset

I have AMD Athlon 64X2 Coreprocessor 5200+ 2.6 GHz, 4 GIG RAm
and have had no problem with the toolset
